Methodology
1Contact
You may contact us by email, telephone, chat or request a meeting at our premises to elucidate us about your intentions.
At this early stage any type of contact (even a meeting at our premises) is free of charge.
2Documentation
In this stage to assess and legally frame all aspects it is necessary to have access of some documents to analyze the building and/or the use and intended activity.
3Municipality backgound
As to fully understand what is legal at the Town Hall records, we will have to request to consult the building or fraction background.
4Visting the place
After having all these elements, a team will visit the place to verify the compatibility of what was approved and of what was really built, as well as to verify the feasibility of the intended work, and clarity possible doubts or issues.
5Budget
We present our budget by email.
6Acceptance
In this stage and to start the works we request a payment of a percentage.
7Photographic Survey
After acceptance a team will visit the place to perform measurements and do a photographic survey.
8Legitimacy
In case the work needs to present license or permits from the Town Hall or other official entity, we request by email the sending of the legitimacy documents, this is the documents that allow evaluate the legitimacy of the applicant to present the request.
9Doubts
During the work, we will be in permanent contact to present the project version to be evaluated and if it is according to the intended and accepted, then we will conclude and deliver the work to the competent entities.
10Delivery of Works
It is our responsibility to deliver all the projects to the respective entities.
11Follow up
With the project delivered to the competent entities to be verified as soon as possible, we will regularly contact them as to follow up the conduct of the proceedings.
Note: Each case is a case and the methodology to be applied will be determined in function of each case specification, therefore the methodology of the descriptive work is merely indicative and generic, being adapted to the characteristic of each contracted work and services.
